Featured Dame

CFI, Corporate Pilot, Helicopter Pilot,
777 Captain, Warbird Pilot

Valerie's journey into the skies began unexpectedly in 1978 when she worked as an E.M.T. on an ambulance service. Little did she know that a chance encounter with a critically injured patient being flown in a B-206 Jet Ranger would ignite her passion for aviation. From that moment, Valerie's determination and thirst for knowledge propelled her into a remarkable career in the skies.

From a private pilot to a captain of a B-777 at United Airlines, Valerie has earned various certifications and ratings along the way. Her dedication, resilience, and love for flying have not only propelled her to new heights but also inspired countless individuals to pursue their dreams in aviation.

Valerie's commitment to giving back is equally inspiring. In 2016, she discovered the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) and the Devil Dog, a B-25 based near her home. Joining the CAF allowed Valerie to participate in air shows, honor veterans, and share their incredible stories.

Valerie's story is a testament to resilience, determination, and the power of mentorship. Her goal is to honor those who paved the way, support her peers, and inspire the future generation of aviators.

Join us in celebrating Valerie Scott and her remarkable contributions to the aviation community. Her story is an inspiration to us all.
